Order Processing

At Kadosh On Beauty, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.

All orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, holidays, or other peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only using trusted courier partners.

Standard shipping fee is R89 nationwide. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over R999.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this information to track your parcel directly through the courier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete before placing your order.

Kadosh On Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect, delivery could not be completed after reasonable attempts, or the parcel was not collected where applicable, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, Kadosh On Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist in liaising with the courier on your behalf.

At Kadosh On Beauty, we want you to shop with confidence and enjoy every product you purchase from us. Please read our Returns, Refunds, Damages & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or have had their seals broken.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@kadoshonbeauty.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be received by Kadosh On Beauty within 14 calendar days from the date your return was logged.

Returned items must be:

• Unopened and unused.

• In their original, sealed packaging.

• In the same condition in which they were received.

• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please do not send any products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@kadoshonbeauty.co.za.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Once we have assessed the issue, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate. Where the issue is due to an error on our part, Kadosh On Beauty will arrange the appropriate resolution, including any necessary return or replacement, at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return your eligible unopened product in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled provided they have not yet been processed or fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns, Refunds, Damages & Exchanges Policy.
